How far in advance should we book you?

Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak summer and fall dates in Michigan. If you’re considering a Friday or off-season wedding, shorter notice is sometimes possible.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

It depends on your wedding style. For a traditional wedding day (getting ready through dancing), 8 hours covers everything. Smaller or more intimate weddings may only need 6. Multi-location weddings or longer parties often need 10–12.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes. Engagement sessions are included complimentary in all of my wedding packages and can also be booked separately. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create photos for save-the-dates or décor.

How many images will we receive?

Every wedding is different, but typically you’ll receive 75–100 fully edited images per hour of coverage. Each gallery tells the full story, from the smallest details to the biggest moments.

Do you edit all the photos?

Yes. Every delivered image is fully edited for color, exposure, and consistency. You’ll receive a polished gallery that reflects my style.

When will we get our photos?

A sneak peek is delivered within 48 hours after the wedding. The full gallery is delivered within 8–10 weeks, depending on season.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes. I offer heirloom albums, wall art, and print packages so your photos don’t just live on a screen. You’ll see options when your gallery is delivered.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

I’m experienced with all weather situations. We’ll adapt by using covered outdoor spots, beautiful indoor light, or creative flash setups. Some of the most unique photos happen when couples embrace the rain.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. I’m based in Michigan but photograph weddings across the state and beyond. Travel fees vary depending on location.

What if we’re awkward in front of the camera?

Almost every couple tells me this, and every couple ends up with photos they love. I’ll guide you through natural prompts and keep it relaxed so you feel comfortable.

Do you work with a second photographer?

A second photographer is included with some packages and can also be added if needed. It’s especially useful for larger weddings, different getting-ready locations, or when you want more candid coverage.

What’s required to book?

A signed contract and retainer secure your date. The final balance is due closer to your wedding day. Payment plans are available.
